Leading SAFe® – Leading Effectively in Scaled Agile Organizations

The Leading SAFe® training is aimed at leaders and decision-makers who want to shape scaled agile collaboration effectively in their organization.

You gain a clear overview of the SAFe® framework and understand how to align value streams, set priorities sensibly and steer teams along shared goals. The focus is not on theory, but on the question of how SAFe® actually creates impact in complex organizations.

In the training you learn how to resolve tensions between stability and speed productively, connect accountability across departments and organize collaboration between business and development effectively. Key concepts such as Lean-Agile Leadership, value stream orientation, WSJF and the handling of release and deployment are taught in a practical way and placed in the context of everyday leadership.

You also develop a clear understanding of your own role as a leader in a SAFe® environment: how to provide direction, support decisions and create the conditions in which teams work effectively and deliver lasting results.

The result: you understand SAFe® not only conceptually, but can guide and lead its introduction and further development in your organization with confidence.

The training is aimed at decision-makers in larger organizations who want to improve cross-departmental collaboration, steer priorities more clearly and use SAFe® effectively as a leadership and organizational framework.

The training prepares you specifically for the Leading SAFe® certification. The exam is taken online in English via the Scaled Agile platform.

During the training you receive clear guidance on the process, the content and how to prepare. You have 30 days from the start of the training to take the Leading SAFe® certification exam.
