The Founder

Clear and pragmatic – Mario A. Brückner guides organizations through profound transformations as an advisor, coach and interim project/program manager. He supports strategy development and ensures its execution through effective portfolio management. As needed, he either provides guidance as a coach or takes on a temporary leadership role as an interim manager.
He doesn’t measure success by billable hours, but by real, lasting results for his clients.
For many years, Mario worked in traditional consulting. In 2018, he founded the New Work Solutions GmbH – the predecessor to CALADE – as a deliberate distinction from conventional consulting approaches.
CALADE is about solving clients’ problems – with focus, experience, and the right mindset.
Mario’s working style is clear and open, built on trust and a down-to-earth approach. He doesn’t shy away from taking responsibility and faces challenges with courage – and a subtle sense of humour.
