Scrum Master Certification & Training (PSM I) – Become an Effective Scrum Master

This training prepares you for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification while strengthening your ability to be effective as a Scrum Master in real-world environments.

You will learn Scrum not just as a framework, but as a practical way of working for complex product development: with clear accountabilities, effective events, empirical control and a role that truly supports teams, Product Owners and organizations. The focus is not on memorizing terms, but on understanding and applying Scrum in practice.

During the training, you will work on typical challenges Scrum Masters face in everyday work: How do you facilitate events so they create real value? How do you deal with impediments, unclear responsibilities or lack of focus? How do you help teams become more transparent, adaptive and reliable? And how do you support an environment where Scrum is not just introduced, but truly lived?

This training is designed for aspiring and practicing Scrum Masters, team coaches and professionals who want to understand Scrum deeply and apply it effectively in their daily work.

No prior certification is required. Basic experience in teamwork, product development or project environments is helpful.

This training prepares you for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification by Scrum.org.

The PSM I assessment is conducted online and consists of 80 questions to be completed within 60 minutes. A score of 85% is required to pass.

Participants receive a password to take the assessment. If the first attempt is taken within 14 days after the training and is not successful, a second attempt is included at no additional cost.

The training provides a strong conceptual foundation, targeted exam preparation and practical exercises to help you understand Scrum and succeed in the assessment.
